John S. Tamagni | Chairman

Mr. Tamagni is a Founding Partner and Chairman of Castleton Partners. Mr. Tamagni is a graduate of Dartmouth College. He was a General Partner of Lazard Frères from 1972 until 2006.

Following his release from active duty as a Line Officer in the U.S. Navy in 1959, Mr. Tamagni joined Blyth & Co. as an investment banker in its Municipal Finance group. In 1972, he moved to Lazard Frères & Co. as a General Partner and started Lazard's Municipal Bond Department. He subsequently, assumed control of Capital Markets at Lazard for corporate, government and municipal securities from 1974 through 1981.

Mr. Tamagni is on the Board of Directors of Boston Private Value Investors Inc., a Concord, New Hampshire equity money manager. He was Vice-Chairman of the Securities Industry Association in 1992 and 1993, and a Director for seven years. He was also a Director of the Bond Market Association for three years in the 1990's.

Mr. Tamagni is a Trustee of the Brooklyn Museum of Art, Chairman of its finance committee and Treasurer, a Trustee of the Orchestra of St. Luke's, and an overseer of the Hood Museum of Art at Dartmouth College. He is a former Trustee of Overlook Hospital in Summit, NJ and a former Overseer of the Graduate School of the New School in New York City.

Edward J. Reinoso | Chief Executive Officer

E.J. Reinoso is a Founding Partner and Chief Executive Officer of Castleton Partners. He holds a B.S. from Temple University and began his career in the investment industry at Lehman Brothers in 1969.

Mr. Reinoso joined Bear Stearns in 1972 and became a Limited Partner, with responsibilities including Institutional Sales Management. In 1979 he joined L.F. Rothschild, where he was a Managing Director, responsible for the development of Institutional Sales through 1985. In 1986, he founded Reinoso & Company Incorporated, an originator and distributor of municipal securities, co-managing offerings totaling over $65 billion and senior managing 12 with a total value exceeding $1.6 billion. He started the affiliated Reinoso Asset Management in 1991.

Mr. Reinoso's stature in the municipal securities industry was recognized by his peers in 1993 when he was elected to the Municipal Securities Rulemaking Board, the self-regulatory body of the Securities and Exchange Commission, on which he served until 1996.

Larissa M. Wilson | Senior Analyst

Larissa serves as our Senior Market and Investment Analyst and is responsible for client portfolio trading and monitoring. She maintains close surveillance of both the tax-exempt and taxable markets in an effort to identify potential opportunities or possible dangers on behalf of our clients.

Prior to joining Castleton, Larissa was a senior analyst at Income Research and Management in Boston, where she was responsible for taxable fixed income trading and portfolio management for institutional portfolios. She began her career in fixed income at State Street Bank and also worked at Standish Ayer and Wood (now Standish Mellon).

She was graduated from Boston College with a M.B.A. in Finance and College of the Holy Cross with a B.A. in Economics.

Susan H. Sevrin | Director of Client Services

Susan serves as head of client services and is responsible for account administration and client relations.

Prior to joining Castleton, Susan was a senior manager in product development at The Robert Allen Group. She began her career in the financial industry at Goldman Sachs in administration and has held equity analyst positions at JP Morgan Chase and Wasserstein Perella.

She was graduated from University of Maryland with a B.S. in Finance and a B.A. in Psychology.

Mark Lettie

Mark W. Lettie | Director of Business Development

Mark serves as head of new business development and is responsible for introducing prospective clients to Castleton Partners and increasing the firm's assets under management. He holds a B.S. in Business & Economics from Lehigh University and began his career in the financial services industry in 1989.

Prior to joining Castleton, Mark was a Director of Business Development for Summit Financial Resources, a firm specializing in comprehensive wealth planning and investment management for high income and high net worth individuals.

Following six years at the Dun & Bradstreet Corporation, Mark served as Vice President of Business Development and a Partner for Pension Data Resources, a D&B business partner and provider of qualified retirement plan research for financial advisors and institutions.

During the first six years of his career, he was a Financial Advisor with Prudential Securities, as well as an Investment Consultant in the First Fidelity Bank system.
